How to request account deletion

To delete your Tombik account, send an email to privacy@tombik.com from the email address associated with your Tombik account.

Please include the subject line “Delete my Tombik account”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing the deletion request.

Data deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize account data associated with your Tombik account, including:

  • Account profile information such as email, name, nickname, and language preferences.

  • Learning activity such as saved videos, notes, vocabulary entries, transcripts linked to your account, and AI chat history.

  • Authentication records managed for your Tombik account.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Subscription and payment records may also be retained by Google Play according to Google Play policies.

Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. You can also contact us at privacy@tombik.com for privacy questions or to request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account.
