1. Inleiding
Bij Tombik nemen we jouw privacy serieus. Dit beleid legt uit hoe we omgaan met jouw persoonlijke informatie wanneer je ons taal leerplatform gebruikt.
2. Informatie die we Verzamelen
Om onze diensten effectief te leveren, verzamelen we:
Accountinformatie: E-mail, bijnaam en moedertaal.
Leerdata: Videogeschiedenis, AI-chatinteracties en opgeslagen notities.
Gebruikgegevens: Informatie over hoe je met het platform omgaat om onze functies te verbeteren.
Technische gegevens: IP-adres en browsertype voor beveiliging en prestatiemonitoring.
3. Hoe We Jouw Informatie Gebruiken
We gebruiken jouw gegevens om:
Onze taal leerfuncties te bieden en te onderhouden.
AI-interacties en transcripties te personaliseren op basis van jouw moedertaal.
Gebruikslimieten te monitoren en misbruik van het platform te voorkomen.
Belangrijke accountgerelateerde meldingen te versturen.
4. Derde Partij Diensten
Tombik integreert met externe diensten:
YouTube: Video's worden ingesloten via de API van YouTube. Hun privacybeleid is van toepassing op videoweergave.
Supabase: Gebruikt voor veilige authenticatie en databasebeheer.
AI-providers: Geanonimiseerde tekstsegmenten kunnen door AI-modellen worden verwerkt om leerhulp te bieden.
YouTube API Services and embedded player
Tombik uses YouTube API Services so you can search public YouTube videos and choose a result for a lesson. Your search phrase and a pseudonymous quota identifier used for abuse prevention are sent to Google. Public API data returned may include video and channel IDs, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, duration, embeddability status, channel name and handle, and channel subscriber and video counts.
Search results are used only to answer the request and for short-lived technical caching; Tombik's YouTube search service does not persist those results, sell them, or use them to build advertising profiles. If you add a video to your library, Tombik may associate the YouTube URL/ID you selected and the learning data you create with your account so it can provide the lesson.
Tombik does not use Google or YouTube OAuth, does not access your YouTube account or private YouTube data, and does not request or store your YouTube login credentials or authorization tokens.
When you open a YouTube video, the embedded YouTube player may send basic technical data from your device or browser to Google and use cookies or similar technologies to render the video, determine playability and content restrictions, and prevent fraud and abuse. Tombik initializes the player with autoplay disabled.
You can delete account-linked Tombik data in profile settings or through our account-deletion page. We delete applicable user data as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days. 5. Gegevensbeveiliging
We implementeren beveiligingsmaatregelen volgens de industrienormen om jouw gegevens te beschermen. Je wachtwoord is versleuteld en wordt nooit in platte tekst opgeslagen.
6. Jouw Rechten
Je hebt het recht om toegang te krijgen tot, correcties aan te brengen in of jouw persoonlijke gegevens te verwijderen. Je kunt het meeste hiervan direct beheren via jouw profielinstellingen.
