In Ultimate Alien, the most impact the ultimates have on the show doesn't even come from any of the aliens, but instead comes from Ultimate Aggregor and Ultimate Kevin. These two give more to the show's tagline than the actual ultimates do, as in their respective appearances, which added real stakes to the story's current conflict. I think Ultimate Kevin and Aggregor having their own arcs actually contributing to the plot is why they are looked at more fondly, while the closest Ultimate Aliens would ever get to having their own arc was in Omniverse.
